Seeking Preschool for My 3 Year Old Daughter in Keller, TX Full Time
I am looking for any suggestions regarding preschool for my 3 year old daughter & if it's offered at such a young age. I am looking to enroll her in the Keller school district. I previously had her enrolled in Children's Lighthouse & it was an amazing school but b/c of schedule conflicts & cost, I had to remove her. I then enrolled her in the Small World Learning Center & Daycare off Davis Blvd & have so far had a horrible experience. I am looking for a place that is concerned about my child's well being, safe, educational & professional all while being reasonibly priced. Any suggestions? I'm open to any advise on Keller or North Richland Hills, TX child care centers that would be good for my daughter...

My daughter goes to Harvest Child Developement Center (HCDC) in Watauga off of 377 and Basswood. She only goes part time MW but they also have a full time program. We have been really happy there and my daughter loves to go to "school" on MW. I believe the full time care is around 165/wk.

M. kids go to M.. Gilead Enrichment Academy in Keller. They start at 12 months old and are such a loving environment. It is only 2 days a week, Tue. and Thurs. 9-2pm. I highly recommend it though as an alternative to other schools.

Hi! I run an inhome preschool-not to be confused with normal inhome daycare. I am opening on August 3rd and would love to meet with you. Please check out our website at www.tapperfamilydaycare.webs.com. I am in Keller off of golden triangle(also 1709/Keller pkwy) and Beach. I would love to talk to you more or have you come for a tour to see my program. Full preschool schedule and curriculum. I am a certified preschool teacher who has also had many bad experiences with big centers so I have decided to open my own and start in my home. I do full curriculum and learning assessments. I buy all materials weeklyas well as potty train and provide all meals. My hours are 7am to 6 pm.my ratio is 1-6. You can see pictures, schedule and this years curriculum on the website. My prices are $75 for 2 days, $100 for 3 days and $150 for 4-5 days. I'd love to talk more. You can call me at ###-###-#### or email me at ____@____.com

My son is also 3 and has been at Merryhill Preschool for over a year now. I have zero complaints with that preschool. My son is so happy and well adjusted and I know part of it has to do with the fact that he's happy and comfortable at his school. It is off of Rufe Snow bewtween Lowe's and the fire station. My son only goes part time. I don't know what full time costs but for 3 days it is $147. Right now Fridays is show n tell and splash day. If you have anymore questions, just ask.
My MIL use to work at Dayspring Preschool off of Davis in NRH but I think it's The Sunshine House now. Preschool Enrichment or PSE is on the Keller/Southlake border and is WONDERUL. My niece goes there. My son would have too except they don't except parttimers.
I hope this helps. Finding good childcare is hard. My son was in an in-home setting from 4 mo to 26 mo and it was horrible all around. I think that's way Merryhill has been such a breath of fresh air.

This is in Old Town Keller, and the staff is great there. The owner is a certified teachers, and she hires teacher/moms and young teachers to work for her. Very professional and great with all kids.
Come fall, she will be full. I would check it out ASAP if it is in your area.

I've heard good things about Merryhill and Primrose, just not entirely sure about the cost. You have to qualify for KISD's preschool on the basis of low income, ESL or military. It's on Keller ISD's website.

My neighbor, Stephanie Cobb has an in-home preschool called Bright Beginnings. I know how good she is with children because she has watched mine many times. I have also had an opportunity to talk with her about her love for children and love of working with them.I would recommend her if you are open to registered in-home childcare.I know she spends a good bit of time planning to provide the best learning environment and lots of love to the kiddos. Her # is ###-###-####

St. John's Catholic Church offers an early enrichment child care program for 3 year olds. Once she turns four, she will be able to attend Pre - K there for 5 days a week if you choose. They are located in North Richland Hills so it may be close to your work. My son attends there and I love it! The teachers are great and it is small which I like. Let me know if you would like more information. Good luck!
