Congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is J. and I have a company called Muscular Mommies (I also have a 5 month old and a 5 year old). I teach classes at Claude Moore in Sterling and at the Ashburn Village Sport Pavilion. I am a certified AFAA instructor and took training from Healthy Moms in Pre/post natal instruction.

I think they are planning to offer a pre/post natal class again at Ashburn Village in the next month or so. Please call Diane Sohn at ###-###-#### and let her know when you would like the class. As far as I know she is trying to decide whether to offer it in the early am or around 10:30ish.

Hi Archana,
There is a wonderful studio called Beloved Yoga www.belovedyoga.com and it is in Reston and Great Falls. Maryam does a beautiful prenatal yoga class. Also, Beloved are organizing a Love Your Body day in Reston Town Center on June 21 (I believe that is the date - pleae check on the Reston Town Center website) where there will be many local area yoga studios togther so you could check them all out and find a schedule that works for you.
