How old is your son? A co-worker of mine has a son that is lossing his site. He currently is blind in one eye. He is learning all the skills of a blind person, because they expect him to lose all his vision. He is 5 yrs old, but turning 6 in Feb. I'm going to get his mother signed up for this group. She is interested in setting up play dates! I'll keep you advised once she is online with the group.

In the meantime, please let me know the age of your vision impaired child.

Best of luck!

Hi! N.
I have 3 children - my second is a special needs child- he has visual as well as mental disabilities :) I know how you feel we experience the same thing. He is in a very good school program with Conroe ISD. I dont know any play areas specifically for children with special needs but I will ask around. Take care and God Bless!
