Seeking Playgroup for 8 Month Old

Hello,
I am hoping to find a play group for my 8 month old daughter. We live in the Phoenix area but I'd be willing to drive if a group already exists. I work full time so I'm looking for something that happens on Sat., Sun. or Mon. Does anyone know of a group or want to start something?

I'm interested in having my daughter be around other babies, she used to love to go to Mommy and Me Yoga but it's on the days I work now. We're looking for calm, kind people who are happy and enjoying every moment of this joyous journey the way we are.

Hi D.,
I have an 8 month old girl too and am a SAHM. We moved here in February and are moving back home in August. Since we only planned on staying here temporarily, I haven't bothered making any friends. I'm getting pretty bored (and I think my daughter is too) and would love to meet with you & others! Yesterday I took her to Barnes & Noble and read some books to her, but she seemed more interested in the other kids that were running around playing. Let me know what you come up with! I live in Chandler, but don't mind driving a little ways either. Hope to meet you & your baby girl! I'm a very happy mom with a fun, fun baby!

I have been in moms club for 5 years and it saved my life when I had my first child. There is one in every neighborhood! momsclub.org
