Hi R.,
The Lancaster Recreation Center has a large indoor pool that can be rented out for private and semi private parties. I've used it twice. One perk is that on the water slide during a party, the life guards will let children shorter than "the line" go down with an adult. Normally you can't do that.
You have to be as tall as the line! My kids loved it.
Lancaster Recreation Center or Aquatic Center, Lancaster, TX.

check with your city pools. They often let you rent them. A few years ago we rented one of our city pools for birthday parties. We had the whole park to ourselves.

My sister has rented from Emler's before. There are several in the dfw area. It is an indoor pool and you get lifeguards. Not sure of the cost. http://iswimemler.com/

We went to a party at the Lancaster Recreation center in Lancaster. The girl had rented out the pool and they have a big water slide and everything. You're allowed to bring in food too. They served pizza and cake and the kids had a blast! It was really nice!

Good luck!

The Waxahachie YMCA will also rent out their pool for parties.
