Carrie teaches both pre-natal and post-natal pilates. I learned so much in the post-natal class and found Carrie to be a very informative and caring instructor. I learned so much and the exercises were very helpful. Really liked the interaction with other Moms. Would highly recommend this class!! Hi, I am a prenatal/postnatal personal trainer and instructor. I do encorporated yoga and pilates with the Tupler Technique that close the recti muscles that separate up to 98% of women during pregnancy rather than utilize many of the movements that can actually INCREASE the size of this separation which is called the diastasis recti. I teach classes in Orland Park and Oswego park districts as well as privately trained. I am the only one in the state certified in this area.
