Seeking Physical Therapist/personal Trainer

I am trying to motivate myself to start a serious workout routine, asap! I had twins 7 months ago and have a separation of my stomach muscles (diastasis). Although I am getting close to my pre-pregnancy weight, my stomach is a mess. I am worried about making the separation worse, so I have been avoiding crunches. I need to start doing something, though, as it is driving me crazy! Any references for a trainer/therapist in the Boca, Delray, or Deerfield Beach area would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
E.

I recommend yoga. You'll use your tummy muscles indirectly and your seperation will close naturally!

Ken Edelson of Healthquest in the Medplex building near Town Center. ###-###-####. He explains the benefits of the routine, keeps charts of your progress, is great with the machines, always varies the exercises, gently pushes you, will give a therapeutic massage if needed, and after two years my back is much improved. I went to him because I have spinal curvature and if I don't know what I am doing I can hurt my back with the wrong kind of exercise. I continue to go to him because I get a better workout with him than I do on my own. I have seen him with clients of all ages and conditions and he really understands the physiology of it all. I highly recommend him.
