Seeking Personal Trainer on the NorthWest Side
I was just wondering if anyone knows of a REASONABLE personal trainer, I had a baby 10 weeks ago and the weight is just not coming off like it did when I had my first two children. I think I need a boost and would love some assistance from a trainer. I know they are sometimes expensive so I am on the search for a reasonable priced one.

Try www.personaltrainernetwork.com I am a personal trainer. They are a referral service on the web. Make sure whoever you use is certified. I am not sure exactly where you live, but I can possibly refer you someone. If you have any questions about what to look for when hiring one, let me know. Good luck!

Hey K.,
I am a personal trainer and work out of a studio in Lincoln Park. I'd be happy to tell you more about the program and/or share some tips that helped me get the baby weight off.

Salma is amazing(!!) and quite reasonable. I've been working out with her on and off for a couple of years around my travel schedule. My baby weight positively melted off after my son was born even though I was only able to see her sporadically. I see her in the Loop, but I'm pretty sure she travels for clients. ###-###-#### Good luck!

I have a tenant in my building who has recently started working independently as a trainer after working with a gym and physical therapy group for a long time. She's as nice as they come...I don't work out at all, so I can't tell you about that. Her number is ###-###-####.
