Seeking Personal Trainer
I'm looking for a personal trainer that will work with me without me having to be affiliated with a gym or have a gym membership. I don't really know all the options out there -- if there's some that will work with you at their gym, if they'll come to your home, or if there are some that will start you off on a plan and then monitor you periodically. I just really need some help and some accountability. Anybody have a recommendation?

I workout with Freda Horace - see www.fitwithfreda.com. We work out at an apartment complex's gym in Allen. They have most of the equipment found in the larger gyms without the membership fee and lines. She is certified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor and has been in the business over 10 years. Her rates are VERY reasonable. If you are interested in speaking with her, e-mail her at the contact information found on the website. I think you will be pleased with the results. Good luck!

Hi D.. I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years, and I am also a SAHM to a 3 year old and 18 month old. I can train you in your home or at a park near you or me. I am also the co-owner for Baby Boot Camp in NW Plano/Frisco/McKinney, and we offer indoor & outdoor classes and morning, afternoon, & evening classes for moms. I teach all of the classes, right now. The classes are kept small so you are getting personal training at a fraction of the cost. We hold you accountable, you get a great workout, spend time with your kiddos, and get a great deal of support from other moms. You can check out the website at www.babybootcamp.com or email me directly at ____@____.com first class is free so I'd love for you to try it!

I highly recommend my personal trainer Nang MacDonald. She is awesome. She helped me loose all my baby weight and then some. She works out of a small gym in Plano which is awesome. When you work out with Nang you can come to the gym anytime. They are great with the kids as well. There are not a lot in the nursery at one time so they get lots of attention. My son has pretty much grown up there and loves the ladies that watch him. You can reach Nang at http://newhealthybody.com/ or ###-###-####. Good Luck.
