I adore my OB GYN! Dr. Ralph Joseph in Allen Presbyterian on 75 and Exchange Pkwy. ###-###-####. Very easy going, great listener, terrific staff! you'll love them!

Dr. Gary Duncan in PLano is WONDERFUL. he is very soft spoken and extremely gentle.

If you're looking for someone specifically just in Allen, I've heard GREAT things about Dr. Weise. If you don't mind going to McKinney, North Central Women's Health Partners is FANTASTIC and has an all women staff. I personally love Dr. Allen, but they're ALL fantastic! I personally use Dr. Colin Stacy ###-###-####)and have for 11 years. He delivered my 7 year old and is now my OB for the baby I'm carrying now. If I didn't use him, I'd use Dr. Lawrence Pierce. They seem to be two of the best that I've heard of. I hope it helps!

When I moved here a neighbor recommended this Dr. to me and she is wonderful!! I am 42 and have seen many different gynos. Dr. Hartley takes her time with you and gets to know you. She is Board Certified-specializing in OB-GYN and Infertility. The office staff is great as well. It is such a nice experience to not be treated like a number! She is worth the drive from anywhere in the metroplex!

The women that work in his office have been with him for 15+ years. They are great too!

I'd like to recommend Dr. Bruce Rajala, he is a great doctor. I love him, he delivered my last three pregnancies. The middle one was still-born at 5 1/2 months and he was very understanding and supportive with the delivery of that one too. With my last one he was very attentive and saw me at least once a week throughout most of the pregnancy. His office staff is also really nice to work with for everything. I love my OB GYN. Her name is Dr. Kristin Innes and she has her own practice in Frisco behind the mall at Warren and Parkwood. She delivers at Presby Plano and Baylor Frisco. I delivered at Baylor Frisco in August and I must say my husband and I thought we were in a 5 star hotel. The nursing staff and lactation consultants were PHENOMENAL!! I highly reccommend Baylor to anyone. The food was SO good (their head chef used to work at a 5 star restaraunt downtown).....filet and lobster on your last night! You can take a tour of the hospital anytime (flat screen tv's in the rooms and even the sheets on the bed were nice...not just rough hospital sheets).
Dr Innes delivered my son on her birthday night (she was on call)...I thought for sure that she would have another Dr come in her place...but she showed up!! My husband and I both LOVE her!

I love my OB! I live in Allen. The office is off 121 just west of Alma.

I actually go to one of their midwives, but I have seen all the docs there (except Dr. Tricia Shimer) and I like them all. I have been going there for about 3 years, and they delivered my youngest baby. They are a popular choice for OB around my neighborhood!

Dr. Ralph Joseph delivered my daughter on Halloween 6 years ago. It was a great experience. I have two older children (21 and 19) and believe he made this one special. His practice is located in the Allen Presbyterian Hospital buildings. It is also a great location and easy to get to. He has a great personality as well.

Becky Burpo and the nurse midwives at the Allen Birthing Center are amazing. They do well woman visits in addition to catching babies. As long as you are healthy they are a great option! Letting them care for me in my last pregnancy and birth changed my life.

I'll put in another good word for the doctors at Craig Ranch OB-GYN. Dr. Trisha Shimer delivered both of my children (one vaginal and one c-section) and she was great. I like all the other doctors there as well as well as the midwife/nurse they have there. If they are on your insurance, I definately recomend them!!!

I love Dr. Allen at North Central Women's Health Partners in McKinney, just north of Allen. She is friendly, personable and very caring. There are several doctors there, and they are all great. But, Dr. Allen is my favorite. Good luck!

Dr. William Weiss, he was at the new Hospital off Exchange Pky, Allen. He delivered both my children and 3 surgeries. He is wonderful.

I wanted to put in another good word for Dr Bruce Rajala. He's at Presby Allen. I've been going to him since before I started having children and he has now delivered all three of my children. I also second the suggestion of Dr Hartley that someone else made. I have never been to her as a patient but I used to work with her when I worked as a L&D nurse at Medical Center of Plano. She was always very good with her patients from my experience.

I really like Dr. Rajala in Allen. We got started talking and I was so comfortable that the exam was over very quickly and easily. I was very comfortable and he's super nice!
