Seeking Mother's Day Out Program Olathe, KS

I have a 19 month daughter who could benefit from a little social interaction. I am looking for a mother's day out program in Olathe or Overland Park areas. I am already aware of Beautiful Savior program. Does anyone know of any others? I would probably like just one day. Flexible on the days. Prefer mornings. Thanks.

What can I do next?

I believe Grace United Methodist on Ridgeview has a MDO.

You might also look into a home daycare. If they are willing to take your little one for only one day a week you'd be able to have the social interaction year round.

Good Luck

Advent Lutheran at 151st and Quivira or Sunshine Preschool at 119th and Nieman- both great!

Valley View United Methodist Church (just east of 95th & Antioch) in Overland Park has a fantastic parents day out program! It runs 9:30 to 2:30 on M, T, & Th. You can contact the director, Shelley Dopp, at ###-###-####.

I have sent my kids to Sonshine School at 119th and Pflumm. It is in the church on the corner there, Overland Park Church of Christ. Their phone number is: ###-###-####. Ginger and Sue are the women in charge and they are incredible. So nice!! The Mother's Day Out Program runs from Monday through Thursday so if you want just one day you can pick which one. The time is from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. Call them now since their enrollment for next year will begin very soon! I just signed up my 19 month old little boy. Let me know if you need any other info.

Quite a few of my friends who live in Olathe send their kids to Aldersgate. I know they love it there! http://www.aldersgatepreschool.com/

Hi M. - Give Sonshine School a call at ###-###-####. They are located at 119th and Pflumm and their hours are M-Th, 9:30-2:30. Good luck on your search.

have you ever considered gymboree play and music? they have classes from birth on that are set up for age and it is something that you could do with her. i started my daughter there about a year and a half ago and she has grown in leaps and bounds. once they are potty trained there is a 1 hour drop off class they can do and once they are 4 there is a 2 hour drop off (which my daughter now does and LOVES) i have been taking my son since birth and he loves his gymboree time! both of them run to the doors. There is one in olathe and one in prairie village. if you go to http://www.gymboree.com and click on the play and music icon in the corner you can type in your area code and get a free preview. definitely worth it and it is really affordable too!
