Seeking Moms' Groups

There are several local chapters of Mothers & More. You can go to mothersandmore.org to find one near you. I'm in the Hamilton County one and our webpage is geocities.com/mothersandmore_indy. You can also check yahoo groups... there are many groups for moms in the Indy/Carmel area. One I'm a member of is northsidesahm. It's a big and growing group with several small weekly/bi-weekly playgroups and lots of big field trips for the entire group (zoo, farms, police stations, apple picking, etc).

there's always momsclub.org that has different chapters in all areas based on where you live. There are groups on yahoo that are in the Indianapolis area - there's one called sunshine day, another called Righteous mamas - if you go on yahoo and click on groups and indianapolis moms it will pull up a list and you can go from there

I have been talking with some people about starting one. Also, check out MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) at the Church at the Crossing. It's a nation-wide group that meets at the church, I don't think they are overly-religous or anything.
