Someone that is thorough yet charges a reasonable fee.
We need someone asap. We're hoping to close on the house next week.

This guy is the BEST! And his prices are very reasonable. He inspected 2 houses for me (1 I was considering, and the 1 I ended up with). Since then I've referred him to 4 others, and they were blown away by how thorough and the way he does his inpsections. These guys were the best! They came and inspected our home and did a "white glove" job! There wasn't anything that got by them. The greatest thing is that they take pictures of everything that needs to be fixed and create a 3 ring binder that you get to keep. It has everything that you need to know about the house and then some. They look at everything. In the notebook that you receive it tells you what if any problems that the house has, why the house has a particular problem and any related pictures that were taken or illustrations of the problem with textbook type pictures. It made it very easy for us to show a contractor exactly what needed to be fixed and it made it 100% clear to the owners that there was a problem and that it needed to be fixed. It was a blessing to have this information. I hope this helps.
