Seeking Mom's Group in New Haven, CT

I'd love to get together. My daughter is almost 5 months old and we live in New Haven. It would be great to meet some other moms in the area!

I would enjoy meeting too, my daughter is 8 months old, I would like her to atart interacting with children her own age. i think that it is very beneficial for children this young.

There is a play group at Our Lady Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden, 06518 that I believe meets once a week.

Hi C.... I'm kinda doing the same thing, meeting ppl around with little kids so my 21 month old Gina can play and socialize. I live in West Haven, *but* am 9 mos. pregnant now so I don't get out much these days, but plan to again once I have this next girl! My daughter Gina is very gentle and nice, and very talkative too, sings nursery rhymes to herself all day long, talks well, is probably a good one to have around an 11 month old :) Keep me in mind for the future, but I probalby wouldn't be able to get together until after I have this little one! Only a few more weeks! :)
You're a former kindergarden teacher, that's great for your child and anyone else's that gets to be around, a plus! MY old nursery school teacher lives across town, and Gina benefits I know from seeing her often :) She is a warehouse of information and learning for my daughter. I'm always trying to expose her to as much as I can for her to learn and experience. Hope to talk to you soon, K.
