Seeking Mom's Day Out Program in Eagan

I live in Eagan and I am looking for a moms day out program for my 2 1/2 year old. I have been involved in ECFE but would like something a couple time a week that she could interact with other children. I have a 5 month old and for the last few months my older daughter has become very clingy to me. I think it would be a good idea to get her out of the house. I have only been able to find preschools that start at age 3. I had heard a rumor that there may be a program like this located in a church in eagan but I dont know which one. Any help would be appricated. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Peace Church offers a program like this. Another thought is to look at enrolling your daughter into a child care program part-time. Many family child care providers offer preschool learning activities as part of their morning programs.

There is also a parents day out program at advent united methodist church on Lexington. The website is www.advent-umc.com. Click on ADVENTure kids.

Shephard of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley offers a program for 2 year olds. Its called Friday Mornings Out. It runs Sept-May and costs $378.00/year. If you have any questions let me know. I havent done it but am thinking about it because I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old, also. I just feel like my older daughter needs more stimulation than I can give her right now.
Here is some info about it:
Children are involved in age appropriate activities. Each week children participate in music, crafts, story time, gym time, snack and more. FMO is not a preschool, but has curriculum-based activities and weekly themes.

A lot of Churches do a Mom's day out type class. It is usually once a week for 2-3 hrs. Hopefully someone knows the name of one near you. Otherwise you could try calling or looking on the internet.

It's called Praise and Rainbows at Praise Lutheran Church in Eagan. The phone number is ###-###-####. Good luck!
