I am looking for christian faith based marriage counseling in the fort worth area who offer free or sliding scale fee sessions.

TCU has counseling on a sliding scale its called Brite Divinity's Pastoral Care Center ###-###-#### and the SW Baptist Theological Seminary School has the Walsh Conseling Center ###-###-####. Both are located in Fort Worth! My husband and I went to TCU and only had to pay $20 per session. Let me know if you need any further information. Good Luck and God Bless you and your husband!

I second the Beverly Ross referral; I also attended the retreat this past weekend and she was amazing. Also, Russ Bartee through Altamesa Church of Christ could help you, or direct you to a good referral (don't know if he does a sliding scale or not). Finally, Sandy Allred is a counselor who does children and adults, and is also faith based; don't know if she does marriage counseling specifically or not but she worked with my son for a while and I was very impressed with her and she does work from a sliding scale. Don't have the phone numbers handy for Russ or Sandy, but you could probably do a google search pretty easily to get some numbers.

Lake ARlington Baptist Church in SW Arlington has a counseling center called IMPACT. They are a sliding scale office. Contact Kim Peters at ###-###-#### for an appt.

Try wedgwood baptist church!!! They have a counseling dept for non members that is christian.

Just attended a marriage retreat hosted by our church where this woman spoke. She is in Wise county (don't know if this will be a deterrant), but she is phenomenal. Her name is Beverly Ross, M.A., LPC and she works for Wise County Christian Counseling (www.wiseccc.org). She mentioned specifically during the retreat that she charges based on the financial ability of her client. She does individual, couple and family therapy. ###-###-####
