I don't know a musician but can highly recommend a magician/ puppetter. He is excellent with the age group your looking for. He does some great puppet shows that really get the kids attention and have lesson to it. You can find him under The Amazing Clark in the phone book.

Try contacting a local music store that gives lessons. My sister works at Milford Music in Highland, and I have seen some of their instructors at events at the library. While it may not be a service the store offers, they may know of a musician that does pre-school friendly entertaining-should be a great resource.
