Seeking Info on Pediatric Surgeon for 7 Year Old Child

Hi parents! Here I am again with a question for all you helpful & thoughtful people. Long story short, we are in need of a great pediatric surgeon in the Plano area. My daughter will need to have minor surgery on her ear lobes after the backs of her earrings were pushed under the skin of the earlobe & gotten infected. I looked up providers on our insurance plan & am wondering if anyone has any feedback on the following physicians: Drs: Darrell Hermann, Thomas Renard, Robert Minkes or Shane Miller. Thank you so much for your time and consideration to my question.

Hi,
I highly recommend Dr. Hermann or Dr. Renard, both doctors performed life saving surgeries on my daughter who was born at 32 weeks. Dr. Hermann we saw more with followups he is down to earth, loving and competent. Dr. Renard is also a highly skilled surgeon and thorough. Either would be great choices. I don't know the others. If I can be of any other help just let me know.

My pediatrician (Dr. Myron Rosen) recommended Dr. Hermann to us for my son who has an umbilical hernia - however - Dr. Hermann just had back surgery and is out until at least November. We were turned over to Dr. Renard and will be meeting him this Thursday.

Dr. Hermann is the BEST! He has operated on my son 3 times and we love him! The absolute best bedside manner too! He has the greatest reputation amongst fellow healthcare workers too. Wouldn't you need a plastic surgeon though??

Dr. Renard operated on our now 3-yr-old daughter when she was 18 months. He was terrific and it all went as smoothly as it could have gone. We'd highly recommend him.

It doesn't get any better than Dr Hermann. He's so experienced and has a great personality and bedside manner. Dr Renard is good too. I work with both of these doctors reguarly so please PM me if you have further questions.
