Seeking Info on Homeshooling Groups in Lovejoy/Hampton/Jonesboro Area

I am trying to find out if there are any homeschools in the area or schools that offer the A-Beka curriculum. I need to find another school for my son, public school curriculum is too test focused and he needs extra attention to the essential skills.

What can I do next?

I am in a great Homeschool group! IT is called CHERISH. I am very involved in it and it has been a great help. THere is a homeschooling conference this weekend at the Galleria in Cobb County that we are attending and they have all the curriculum there.
I live in Hampton and just love the group.
You can email me directly if you are interested in more info.

If you are looking to do home school, then you can buy the curriculum online, ebay is a great source for saving money on it. As you may know with home school, you are the teacher and the studies are done in your home by you. By law it has to be the parent or you can hire a tutor to come into your house.

There may be some private schools in the area that use the same curriculum.

I know the curriculum we use for our home school is used in many private schools, but we do it at home.
