Seeking Info on Dbl Stroller Comparison

Hi moms! I need some informative advice. I am between two double strollers. I have a 2 1/2 yr old and expecting our second this Oct. We travel a lot!!! I am looking at the Aria peg prego and the baby jogger city mini. Any advice on the two would be great! Even better if you have had or tried both. Also, do you know if the chicco car seat adapts to either of them? If it doesn't I will have to purchase a new one that will.

I've had both and love the city mini. Its so light weight, and they fit in it for longer. Although the city mini is not a jogger, it does really well indoors and outdoors. Good luck!

Do NOT get the Peg Perego Aria double stroller. It is hard to push and maneuver. The undercarriage storage/bag area does not hold anything heavy and you run the risk of having it drag on the ground. I have it and I hate it. I am looking for a better one. Other drawbacks...if you hit a rut or the sidewalk is uneven you may risk pitching your child forward too much. This happened to me with my older child. She almost fell out completely, eventhough she was buckled in. Poor design, wheels are too small - making it way too difficult to maneuver.

I couldn't agree with one of the other posts more, about NOT purchasing the Aria peg perego. I hated it, my husband hated it. We do however, love, love, love, our double baby jogger. I would highly recommend it.

If you are traveling overseas, I don't recommend a side by side double stroller :)

I haven't used either of the two you are asking about but I do have the Graco double stroller and I like it. There are problems but nothing too big. It's easy to use in Rio for a double stroller...

I have had a lot of strollers my favorite by far is the Baby Jogger City Series Double. the regular one not the mini..regular seats are taller than the mini. I have had it for 5 years and USE it ALL the time. The in-line is in the garage full of spiders;) This stroller lays (very close to) flat for babies/kids napping, individually as well as the canopies. the seats kinda "sway" when you walk for a wonderful soothing touch for baby. I do know they have a car seat adaptor, I never used one, I just put baby in, and he/she fell right back to sleep because of the sway.So many wonderful features about this stroller. The handle is adjustable,to fold.. grab the "fold" grips to fold in half one step!, the foot rest are hard plastic which is WONDERFUL for cleaning. It also goes farther down for more leg room than some othersMy kids all love to push and ride in it. It is 29.5" wide, so it fits into standard doors, goes shopping malls great, amusement parks, mountain trails.Easy to push with one or 4 kids in it(the 5th one made it harder, I think it was the weight issue ;) ) I LOVE THIS STROLLER!! There are a lot of attachments available. I have not used any, the only thing I have a problem with is the handle gripper after the 5 years is torn now, a month ago..but that is IT! Look it up and do your research. My husband who is the "geek" bought this for me. He said it was better than the BOB...seats go back farther, fold system, handle adjusts and a few other things. It turns on a dime, have the option for swivel or straight front wheels.
In-lines are hard to turn if the weight is not distributed accordingly, both seats don't recline all the way, the leg room runs out sooner than later The list here is endless! But I recommend the Baby Jogger City Series Double. Good luck
