Do not know any cleaning people but a few hints I read about for successfully selling a home. Plant bright colored flowers in the front like yellow mums or red geraniums. Get the cheap refrigerator type cookie dough and before a showing, slice up the cookies and bake. This will give the house a warm cozy smell. Organize your garage... it will give the appearance of a "lot of space". Paint all walls a nuetral color ie egg shell white. The flooring to be all one nuetral color as well. Good luck.
