I would suggest a person, not a cleaning company. I had our new, empty house cleaned before we moved in, 3800 sq ft. and they charged me like $160 - I was not really satisfied. I felt like they spent a lot of time in the master bedroom area, but then realized how long they had been here and hurried through the rest. I asked for them to wipe out drawers and there were a LOT that got missed. This was Denise & Company. I've also used Kelly before too and wasn't completely satisfied.
