Seeking Home Stager with Own Props/furniture

Our "old" home is still on the market in Elk Grove Village and since we have moved into our new home it seems very vacant. We are interested in home staging but would need the person we hire to have their own furniture and props. We have no problems in renting the furniture and props until the house sells.
Please let me know of your experiences good or bad with professional home staging and any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thank you!

It sounds like a great idea. Ask your real estate agent.
It is a tough market out there and house are just not selling. We have a house in Woodstock that is waiting to be sold to I know what you are going through.

We used a stager for our last home and she did a wonderful job. I felt she was pretty reasonable as well. Her name is Margie Gregori, http://www.margiegregori.com/index.html; ###-###-####. Good Luck!

When i was selling my home, i contacted a few stagers and I found them to be pretty expensive. Instead, I opted for Rent A Center. They delivered, and they took away. Iloved it and it worked! I have done this twice in the past ten years.

Hi R.,

I just joined mamasource & was clicking around checking out the site. I noticed your posting, but didn't see an update in "how did it go" summary, so I don't know if you found a stager or not...

But if you're still looking I know a great one right by you in Barrington! Her name is Deb and she is an EXCELLENT stager. Here's her website:
