Seeking Great Pediatrician in AH, Buffalo Grove, Prospect Hts Area
We're having our first child in a few weeks and I am in desperate need of a recommendation of a great pediatrician in the North Arlington Heights area. The challenge is finding someone who takes Tricare, the government insurance. Any suggestions? I hate to pick one at random and hope they're good.

My 1 year old goes to Dr. Goodlow now and loves him and us, as the parents, love him! Can see him on emergency and is really helpful with questions and he is great with kids. There is Dr. Goodlow and Dr. Gorski at Wee Care Pediatrics. ###-###-####. Highly Recommended!!

My sister and I go to Arlington Pediatrics 3325 N Arlington Hts RD Suite 100A. We both love them, they go to Northwest Community hospital, Children's, St Alexius, and Sherman. They just added two new Docs and expanded their practice to the Algonquin area. They send a monthly newsletter and have a web site. I never wait more then 5 minutes and they have fit my daughter and my nephew in quickly with potential problems that were not yet emergencies. Number is ###-###-#### www.arlingtonpediatrics.com I think Dr Brottman is liked best but I really like his partners, Dr Santiago and Dr Seskiewicz also, they are all very good. Hope this helps, Congrats and good luck

Hi,
We take our kids to North Arlington Pediatrics at 1430 N. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights. It is a group practice with both male and female doctors. I especially like Dr. Kristen Brown and Dr. Peters (male - don't know his first name). Their number is ###-###-####.

Our ped. is in the south AH area - but worth the drive - he is just down the street from NW community hospital. They are at 1700 W. Central Road - corner of New Wilke and Central. Phone is ###-###-####.

I'll add a third vote for Arlington Pediatrics. We drive up from SW Palatine and love all three of the current docs, especially Dr. Seskiewitz (sp?). We were referred by a work colleague and liked what we learned when we met with them. They'll let you "interview" them for free, unlike some others that we checked into initially. It also sounds like it might be the closest one to you. Good luck deciding.

Dr George Goodlow was great. He might be retired bt he was in a practice with 2 to 3 other doctors. They were all wonderful. We followed Dr Goodlow from another practice thats how much we liked him. Our insurance changed so we had to switch doctors otherwise we would still be going there. Now we use Dr Baker her # is ###-###-#### they have an office in Lincolnshire and I can't remember the second location. They are great also and one nice thing they have sick hours on Sundays and Holidays which never fails thats when the kids get sick and most offices are closed. Good luck, Jen

Hi K.,
We go to Dr. Stephanie Baker. She is in Arlington Heights, just down the street from Buffalo Grove High School. We love her. She also has one other male doctor in the practice, and he is awesome! Let me know if you want her phone number.
Have fun with the new baby!

I have a 3 month old so I don't have many visits in, but I do like Arlington Pediatrics in Arlington heights on Arlington Heights Road near Dundee Road.I like Dr. Santiago (young , smart female) and Dr. Brottman (older, funny, experienced male). I think Dr. Grady is okay (young female) and will meet the other female dr. at the next visit. See if they take your insurance - ###-###-####.
