Seeking for Advice on Detox Pills
I had my baby a year ago and never cared about loosing the pregnancy weight. I think I'm ready now. I did weight watchers before, so I know pretty much about what to eat. I would like to start with a clean sheet and thought that a detox was a good idea. I need advise on a pill or something to do a detox

I did a Detoxing diet and lost an obscene amount of weight as well as made my body healthier, my stomach smaller (got filled faster) and my skin looked great. But be not deceived, it's a very hard diet. I can look up more details about it if you are going to try it, but basically it comes down to eating Fruits and Veggies. No Meat, No Sugar (or substitute), No Caffine (ouch!), No Cheese and Nothing processed (Soup Cans, fruit cans, zappable stuff. And certain fruits and veggies are not allowed (i.e. no bannana, grapes, mangoes, strawberries). I don't remember off hand the other restrictions. But I had done this when I was engaged b/c I only had 6 weeks to loose weight and I'm not a pill person & was far too busy to workout (and hate it anyway) so it really worked wonders. My problem area is always my tummy which for certain flattened out. But my friend who did it her trouble was her thighs, arms and so forth and I was SHOCKED when I saw her after she did this. But it takes commitment, creativity and some money. You have to do it at least 6 weeks. it is NOT a starvation diet or counting points/calories. It's as simple and challenging as I stated. Good luck- N.

Monica, the most natural advice I can share is go to the healthfood store and pick up garlic pills and papaya pills.
One pill each after each meal (with some trips to the bathroom in between) and you will see your weight go down steadily and healthy.

I did the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse last year. It was amazing in that I didn't get hungry on it, and I had renewed energy for weeks and weeks after it. I did it for the health purposes of it, and it was amazing. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.
Not good to take though if you're breastfeeding...

Hi Monica,
As a cancer survivor (5 years on 4/22/08!), I, too, have searched for a program to eliminate toxins from my body. I have found the solution and would like to share the program with you. For a brief introduction, go to www.josie12866.isagenix.com and click on "Cleansed for Life". Scroll down and watch "Are you Toxic". If you are interested in more information, please contact me at ____@____.com. I'd love to help!

I have a great detox system! It is through Arbonne International. It is the 7 Day Body Cleanse. Available at beautyby.myarbonne.com. I highly recommend it for beginning the process.
There is also a DETOX tea that I drink every night.
All the products are vegan and botanically based and work better than any others I have known. Really worth a try!

I have no idea what a detox pil is but if you are breastfeeding make sure whatever you do is safe for baby. Almost everything passes through to breast milk. A.

I use the Arbonne 7 day detox, it works awesome. You really feel "cleaned out". I do it about every other month or so. If you want more details feel free to contact me at my email, I don't really want to post too info...as it is a detox...

A detox will not help you loose weight it that is your goal. It will clean out your digestive tract. I have a health and wellness business and if you would like some guidence, I'd be more then happy to help you. It does not matter if you use my natural products or not, I'd like you to have the right information.
There is no "detox pill". There are supplements which will cleanse your system over the course of a few weeks, a month long is optimial. Having a clean slate is good, just do it in a safe way.
Please let me know if you would like some help with this.
