Seeking Family Law Attorney

I have a daughter who is almost six months old. Her father and I have not been together since she was six weeks old. He is an alcoholic and has alot of problems with anxiety and depression. My daughter is breatfed only and also sleeps with me at night. I currently have a lawyer who does not see it as a problem for her to stay overnight with him. He has never even changed a diaper or barely held any baby.I am desperate to find a good family law lawyer to help me.

OH my goodness, I never thought your own attorney would be so ignorant! I was "lucky" I guess, my daughter's biological father didn't seem to take that much of an interest. However, I did get a lawyer when she was a few years old to get child support. His name is Brian Harrington, in St. Petersburg. I'm not sure of his exact philosophy on things since we just went over financial things, but he really seemed to be interested in the best interest of the child (which would be no prolonged visits while child is breastfed). HTH!
