Seeking Dentist in McKinney, TX
I am looking for dentist in McKinney for my family which includes an 11 year old.
Has anyone gone to the Monarch Dental facilities in McKinney? I am particularly interested in any feedback (positive or negative) on Jeremy McKinnis, Mitchell Rosen or Jonathon Almy since they are currently accepting patients.
I need to make a decision as soon as possible (before the end of the week)

Hello all. Thank you so much for your recommendations/thoughts regarding Monarch Dental and their dentists as well as recommendations for other dentists. Most, if not all, of the other dentist recommendations were not supported by my current insurance plan.
Kimberly, I am very thankful for your response, as I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled, amongst other things. I plan to show my HR department your comments so I can avoid this. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your forthcoming response. I had to make an appointment asap so I do have one scheduled but I will now be going into this cautiously and prepared. And I may do a test run to see how things go before I do any major work.
Thanks to all of you who supported me with your comments of how your children felt about the dentists there. That means a lot.

Our family goes to Dr. Timothy Shannon at Virginia and Stonebridge. You need to check with who takes your dental insurance....That could be a big deciding factor.

Please do not go to Monarch Dental! My husband and I have just switched from there. Their customer service isn't great and the dentists are not very personable. And when I had my wisdom teeth pulled there, they informed me 2 days before that I owed $1000. Wehn I protested, then it changed to $800, then after another questioning, it changed to $480 and then after I called my insurance to see what I owed I found out I only owed $250. They did the same thing to my husband with his procedures. Seems like they care more about apperance and money than their patients. We are now going ot McKinney Dentist on Louisiana and they are great!

I don't know anything about the ones you mentioned, but we use Thomas Marshall in McKinney and love him. My kids are 15, 14, and 10 and they are all happy there.
He is located on Virginia, just west of Central.

Dr. Bart Presti DDS on Virgina in McKinney is an excellent dentist. I have gone to him since I was 11 and I take my 12 year old son and my 6 year old son to him. My kids have been going to him since they were 4 years old and they love him. He is so good that when my 12 year old needs work done, he never knows when he has done anything. Doesn't feel a thing. He's that good.

Monarch in Mckinney is really good! Dr. McKinnis is the dentist that looks at my families teeth. He is really great with kids. My 3yr old saw him for the first time and had no problems whatsoever with him and my son thinks he is cool! I would definitly reccomend them.
