Linda Moon School of Dance, it is just past Burlingame and 44th. My sister danced with them for 18 years and loved it!Not forsure on the address I know it is around that area.

Hi M.,
We also go to Miss Roseannes (the Jenison location). My daughters have been going there for 6 years and love it. My niece goes to Hearts in Step which is in Kentwood. It's a Christian Dance Studio and they have a beautiful recital in May. My niece loves it there and the teachers seem great.

Hi M.,
My daughter is now 10, and she started with "Miss Roseanne's School of Dance" when she was 3. She went to the Kentwood location for 3 years, and after that to the Jenison location. The Kentwood location is on Kalamazoo, just north of 44th St. In the same plaza as Florentine's...but the entrance is in the back of the building.
I don't know if you can request a certain teacher or not, or even if she is still there, but if you CAN...get Miss Kathy. She was the GREATEST. TONS of knowledge on how to teach the girls, and TONS of patience.
The classes are weekly, during the school year, and have a recital each year in June that is really a big production...even hosted by Dick Richards (if you don't know who he is, he was a very famous news anchor for many years, and was the real Grand Rapids "BOZO" for many years as well.
My daughter did the tap/ballet combination, which I think is what they recommend for the little ones to see where there talent/interest is at.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER!!!

You should check into the YMCA. I know they are offering classes for the little ones. Most studios only offer the class once a week and the class goes all year. The YMCA has a variety of classes that only meet for 6-9 weeks so if they didn't like it as much as you thought they would you can try something else. Price is comparable also. Have fun with you little dancer!
