Seeking Crochet Slipper Pattern

I don't crochet, but my mother does. She just recently bought a book at Joann Fabrics that has a crochet pattern for slippers in it. It is a Learn How Book by Coats and Clark. The book number is 0101. It is a small book and the slipper pattern is on pages 42-44. I don't know if the pattern is simple or not because, as I said, I don't crochet myself. Hope this helps, if you haven't already found one.

I know it may seems silly, but youtube.com has some great tutorials and if you're like me it's easier to watch someone do it than read a pattern.
