Seeking College Art Student to Design Mural - West Suburbs

My husband painted Winnie the Pooh on Safari. We live in Westmont but he works in Naperville. I will ask him if he'd like to do it.

if you can rent an overhead projector then you could do this. Find a picture of what you want and photo copy it onto transperancy paper. Then use an overhead projector to project it onto the wall you want it on. Then use a pencil to trace the lines and paint as desired. It's really easy.

My friend's nanny also does mural paintings. I have seen her work and it is beautiful. Let me know if you are interested and I can put you in contact with her.

I would try calling the art departments at COD, Wheaton College and perhaps Elmhurst College and ask there. Should be some industrious students anxious to earn some extra money.

I've been looking for the same type of person to paint some murals on my doggy day care walls - some fun dog themed murals. It's tough to find. If you find someone, could you let me know too. I've even contacted the high school art departments without any success - I would provide all materials and also some PR for the art club and school, but no takers.
