Seeking Cleanser for Viking Stainless Steel Appliances in Kitchen

Does anyone have suggestions on how to clean the stainless steel Viking appliances in kithcen? mine seem to be streaked - i try to only use a damp cloth to clean - i don;t want to use any harsh chemicals for fear that i will ruin the appliances. i have tried the 'Method" brand cleanser and it did not work.

What can I do next?

I swear by "Bar Keepers Friend"- it is in the same type of packaging as Comet. It's only like $3.00 for a (realitively)huge amount. Just be sure- even with all the others suggestions- to go "with the grain". It definately will not ruin your finish. Works so much better than much more expensive cleaners!

I use a homemade mix of 8oz water, 8oz rubbing alcohol & 1Tbsp. white vinegar. Spray on and wipe with micro-fiber cloth. I use this mix on nearly everything in my kitchen and bathroom. As always when trying a new product, test in an inconspicuous area first.

In my college days of waiting tables we had a lot of stainless steel that customers would see. We used simple green to clean and then my boss would put a bit of olive oil on a towel and wipe the stainless steel. It would look brilliant. It really works. Both are non-toxic, simple green cleans really well and the olive oil made everything shine. Try it you will pleased.

Hi
I use "Cerama Bryte Stainless Steel Cleaning Polish and Conditioner" and a soft cloth. I found the cleaner at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
Good luck

Try washing with baking soda and then rinse and dry good. Comes out like new!! I use it on my stainless steel trash can.
