They are in Delray, but Amazing Births is a group of doulas that run classes. I used Lori as my doula and she was amazing. Check out their ____@____.com.

Hi H.,

I took classes at Boca Community Hospital off of Glades. Unfortunately I'm a 2X C-Section Mama so I didn't go all the way through natural childbirth. I found the classes and the entire staff at Boca Community great!

Good Luck and try to keep cool. It's tough being pregnant during the summer

I took a childbirth class that my OB/GYN reccommended. She is a Personal Childbirth Trainer. My OB is Women's Healthcare Assoc. it is on 18th & Powerline. Check out her website, it is www.dianeellen.com. The class is not free, it is $125, but her workbook that she gives you is worth every penny! I unfortunaltely had to have a scheduled c-section, my baby was breech. He is a beautiful 6 week old. I also know that West Boca Medical Center where I gave birth has free classes.
P.S. My hubby is a golf pro!
