My kids love this one.. take a brick of white almond bark (in the baking section). Melt in the microwave and add chopped pistachios and dried cherries. spread out in thin layer on wax paper and allow to harden - then break into pieces. Super simple and really good.

This is super easy and YUMMY!

Melt N Mold Milk Chocolate (I get this at Michael's)
Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy, we use creamy)
Small cups (they look like cupcake paper, but smaller)

Lay out your cups on a cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in a glass dish (I use a 4 cup pyrex measuring cup with a pour spout). Do this on short intervals so you don't burn it and make sure you stir it. Once it is melted and smooth, stir in some Peanut Butter. You don't have to measure it, but about 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 peanut butter. The peanut butter will melt into the chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate into the cups and cool on the counter (or in the fridge for quicker results). This makes a creamy, chocolaty candy with a surprise of peanut butter.

Good luck!

Ghirardelli has some great recipes on their website. My favorite is the San Francisco Fudge. Super easy to make, and absolutely fantastic tasting!

2 1/4 C semi-sweet choc. chips (their bags only have 2 cups in them)
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 c mini marshmllows
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c walnuts (optional)

Mix the chips, milk and marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on medium (50%) for 30 seconds, and stir. Repeat until mixture is melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 pan lined with wax paper. Refridgerate until firm, (website says approx 2 hours, but I don't think it takes nearly that long). Cut and serve

Hi S.! I have a really different one that is very easy! My family loves to help make it and eat it!
I buy the Hershey's white chocolate chips and candy canes. I start by putting the candy canes in a bag and crushing them with a hammer outside on the sidewalk. Then I melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. I lay wax paper out on the counter and pour the melted chocolate on it. Then I sprinkle the candy cane on top, pushing the bigger pieces down into the chocolate. After it cools and hardens, I break it up into pieces. All done and yummy!

I make home-made caramels every Christmas. They are easy, just make sure you get them to the right temp. Over cook them, and they're hard, undercook them, and they don't set. Anyhow here it is:

2 c. sugar
2 c. light karo syrup
1 sq. (1/2 cup) butter
Melt these together and bring to boil then add
2 c. heavy whipping cream.
Boil and stir occasionally until the candy has reached 244-246 degrees fahrenheit (sp?)
Let them cool overnight. Next morning, cut them up and wrap with parchment paper. They are addicting. Good luck! PM me if you have any questions.

I love making chocolates at Christmas time. Here's an easy one. Take a box of cakemix, white or yellow, or lemon or orange. And bake the cake as instucted. Then when the cake is cooled, break it up into a bowl and mix with a container of frosting. And shape into balls with your clean hands. I used a lemon cake and lemon icing. And then I melted 2 cups of Chocolate chips with a tablespoon of oil. Put the bowl of choco chips in a bowl of water heating on the stove. Don't put water in the choco.!!! Then drop the cake balls into the melted choco. and cover completely with choco.using 2 forks. Drop on wax paper to cool.

This is similar to one you already have, but it is great! Take a small pretzel (knot kind, not stick)on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper and place a Rolo on top. Heat just enough to melt the Rolo in the oven or microwave, then press a pecan half on top just enough to mash the pecan into the Rolo.

These are called oreo balls and I get requested to make them all the time.

1package of oreos
1package of cream cheese sofetend at room temperature.
Chocolate for melting
Any kind of garnish you may want to roll these in,such as health bar pieces, flaked coconut, smashed up candy cane, crushed nuts ect..

Grind up oreos in a blender to a powder.(I crush them in a big zip lock bag first then grind them).

get out a cookie sheet and lay out parchment paper on it.

Put grinded oreos in a bowl and with your hands(will be messy) mix cream cheese and oreos well.
After mixing well, roll into tiny balls(about half inch balls) and place on cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 min. Or as long as needed.

Melt chocolate put in a ball, take it out and roll it in the garnish of choice or leave plain. Place back on paper. When all these are done place back in refrigerator until ready to serve.
You can use almost any kind of cookie and so many variations of melted chocolate and what you roll them in.
They taste like truffles only not as creamy inside.

If you have any questions let me know. Have Fun.
