Seeking an OBGYN in the Huntington, NY Area

I go to the north shore medical group...Dr.Callan is who I see but the whole group is wonderful. They are located right by huntington hospital and they are wonderful. I had my son 11 months ago today.

Yes! Yes! WGM is the name of the practice. They have offices in bothe Huntington and East Northport. I had 3 children with them - both C sections. They are WONDERFUL!!!
I don't have the number off hand. (Dr's Wagner and GOldman)

Finding the right OBGYN is the hardest thing to do. I know you would want one who is open to talk to you about anything in the world! I use a fabulous group. they are located in New Hyde Park..right off the Northern State Pky, and the L.I.E. They are the Northern Obstertics. The lead Dr. there is Dr. Robert Bernstein,(he is in the best Dr. book for many years; is a a very young 55 years old!) is who totally amazing, the one I use is Dr. Wendy Fried, who is als terrific. I use Dr. Lustbergb (Huntington Bay OBGYN). He is on 25A in Huntington and is a single practice so you always see the same doctor. He was wonderful with my pregnancy and delivery. I would highly recommend him. If you are interested and email me tomorrow, I can give you his number and address (I don't have it right now).

Definitely would recommed Dr.Singer. Patient understanding and kind women. I believe she is apart of Huntington Medical Group, on Pulaski ave.

Dr. Stuart Lustberg...###-###-####. I know the number by heart. Not only is he great, but he runs a great office. You never are waiting if you arrive on time. Maybe 5 minutes! I was new to the area and he was recommended by someone I work with. He delivered both my girls...the first was an emergency C. They always call you the day before to remind you of the appointment. Oh yeah! His wife (Regina) is one of the receptionists...LOL. Gwen is the best nurse as well. Call him and tell him C. recommended him to you! You'll see my kids on the wall too...Good luck with whomever you choose...

just wanted you to know that i'm also switching ob/gyn and i'm responding to you bcs i noticed that someone recommended dr. wagner... he's the doctor i'm switching from. nice guy, competent, but i've had some less than pleasant experiences with him. ultimately, however, what it came down to for me was that he's not aligned with my approach to health and delivery of babies (he's basically not into vbac's which is an extremely outdated way of practicing, he has a high c-section rate and i don't plan to have a 2nd c-section if and when i get pregnant a 2nd time). in one of my conversations with him following my surgery he very casually stated that issue x wouldn't be an issue with the "next" c-section surgery... when i responded that i was planning to have a vbac he actually chuckled out loud. i appreciate the sense of humor but i'll pass on the knife-happy doc.

He is in East Northport, but he is phenomenal. Dr. Martin Granoff. He has a great sense of humor, but yet serious when he needs to be. His staff is great also. I switched to him after I had my first child. He was there to discharge me from the hospital. My ob/gyn was on vacation. I switched to him immediately after. He is on Larkfield Road in East Northport. Good luck!
