I had an episiotomy 4 weeks ago and one of my stitches continues to bleed. I get sharp pains and when I go to the bathroom and have a bowl movement it bleeds even more. I'm worried that I could be at risk for an infection. Has this happened to anyone? I'm really worried that this isn't normal.
