Seeking Advice on Health Insurance for My Family

We are self employed and we went through Assurant Health and got our policy through them. We pay about $500/mo, but used to pay over $800 for similiar coverage. Yes, there is a deductible, but when you are not part of a large group plan, it is what it is. I've been happy with our coverage and I think they do offer maternity (although we're not in need of it anymore!).
