My husband and I are really wanting to get health insurance for our family. The company I work for doesn't offer any and neither does the restaurant my husband works for (I take that back, they offer Aflac... we have their accidental coverage, but that's it).
I really want to find something that's affordable. Every place I've looked has a high monthly premium with a high deductible as well & doesn't cover maternity at all. It's very important for us to get some because of our son. Also, we're talking about having another baby soon, so we're looking for some that has maternity coverage as well.
If anyone knows about a company that offers all of the above. PLEASE let me know!!

We are self employed and we went through Assurant Health and got our policy through them. We pay about $500/mo, but used to pay over $800 for similiar coverage. Yes, there is a deductible, but when you are not part of a large group plan, it is what it is. I've been happy with our coverage and I think they do offer maternity (although we're not in need of it anymore!).
