A friend of mine invited us to a party at this place in Aventura called Jungle Gym. It turns out that they have classes there for Infants to Toddlers and a bit older too. The classes are very interactive and fun for the children. Check the out I think your son might like it. I am also new on the preschool thing. My 2 children will be starting school in march. I'll let you know how it goes!

make sure you check what the teacher/child ratio are. see if all the teachers have completed the 40 course. try to get a school with cameras so you can watch them online! that is the best, also see what there circumlum is they should have a hour by hour schedule!!!

Dear A., unfortunately as much as I'll like to help you, I believe in this particular case I can't. I just move from living in NY city for the past nine years. I truly love Miami but I'm myself still in the process of discovering all the wonders of this beautiful city.

I'll suggest you to consider the Montessori school.

If your child is very active and need to be continuously mentally and physically stimulated, this approach will work great with him.

Do a search on the internet about Montessori schools in the Aventura area.

You should come to the Aventura mall every Wed. they have singing time starting at 10 and runs until 12, and a free movie at 10:30. It's a great place to meet another moms.
