Seeking a Pediatrician in Chicagoland That Splits MMR and Dtap Vaccines

Does anyone know of a doctor that give Measles Mumps and Rubeolla immunization vaccines separately?

What can I do next?

Last I researched these three are no longer being manufactured individually and the single MMR shot is the only option.

My doc would do it, but said they are no longer manufacturing the MMR in three separate vaccines. She said you could get two of them separate, but then you wouldn't get the third. (can't remember which was which). My doc at least waits a lot longer to give the MMR then others.
