Seeking a New Doctor
I'm looking for recommendations for a pediatrician in the Tri-Cities area (St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia). I have a 2 month old son and our current pediatrician is okay. I'm just looking for a doctor who gets to know his/her patients and takes the time to make sure a new mom has all the information she needs. Thank you!

I just wanted to thank everyone who offered recommendations. I have made a few appointments to meet with peds you've recommended. I'm hoping to find a happy "home" for Charlie! Thank you again!

Hi there!
We've been with Dr. Christine Rejdukowski, (and Dr. Jenny Tan)with St. Charles Pediatrics, for over 5 years and 2 kids... we love her / their practice, and stayed with her when she moved from a different location and practice with a really well known physician, Dr. Mary Mikhalov... (M.M. is interviewed by t.v. news services all the time...and we liked her too... grin!)We do recommend her; give her office a call and a try if interested. Hope it helps. If you see her, tell her Amy and Mike H. told you about her bec. we LOVE and respect her. :-)

We initially started with Dr. Jennifer Schening in South Elgin, but our insurance changed and we could no longer go to her. But we were excited when we could start going to her again. After being with a big practice for about 6 months. She would see a different doctor each time and it seemed like they always overbooked (sometimes we would wait 1.5 hours with our sick little girl).
Dr. Schening is very compassionate, gentle (Lauren didn't even cry when getting her shots this last time, it's usually very traumatic for her). She takes the time, has little ones of her own and in my opinion is a wonderful pediatrician.

Hi C.,
I have been taking my son to New Beginnings Pediatrics since he was a newborn (he is 4 now). I love the practice and his doctor. There are about 5 or 6 doctors in the practice and all are great. They are located at Delnor and the phone # is ###-###-####. Good Luck!!

I take my daughter to Dr. Regnier, he is out of Delnor in St. Charles. He really takes the time to to get to know his patients even though he does have a large practice. I had to call him one night since my daughter reacted to the vaccine, he called me back right away and talked me through, then he went and got more information and called me back again to reassure me that is was just a side effect and nothing to be worried about. He also spends time in the office explaining information. I do highly recommend him. If you need some more info, email me.

we love Dr.Gina Song. Both of my boys have had chronic ear problems and seem to have many other small illnesses every time I turn around. She is almost always able to get us in the day we call. She is the only Dr. in the practice and I have come to know her and her staff well. She is on time, usually within 10 minutes of her appointments. Even when we come in the same day we call she takes the time to really check the kids out throughly and never seem rushed. I really feel like she cares. Her practice is called Tender Loving Care in St.Charles ###-###-####. Hope it helps
