Seeking a Good over the Counter Tooth Whitening Product
Hello Moms,
I am looking for an over the counter teeth whitening product. I have whitened my teeth years ago and already have the trays that fit my teeth so maybe something I can use with them or even the strips...I need something that really works and just want good reviews before purchasing.
Thanks!

Crest White Strips Advanced - Professional Effects. Hands down. I've tried Rembrant and the kind with the little blue light... and several others. I get staining from daily coffee and tea drinking and my teeth look amazing after 3 nights, noticeably better after the first use. Plus these don't make my gums feel weird, some of the other OTC made white spots on my gums and other funky stuff. These are like stickers you put on your teeth - easy easy easy. No trays, no tubes. Great results.

I've spent a lot of money on teeth whitening products, and you know what? generic works AS WELL AS name brand stuff. My wallets personal fav: CVS brand whitening tray, I think it's like 13 bucks and the gel lasts forever (meaning, you're supposed to whiten for 7-10 days, and you can do AT LEAST 2 cycles of that if need be). I also buy CVS brand gly-oxide, it's used to treat mouth sores but (my dentist clued me in on this) it has the same whitening power as baking soda/teeth whiteners... I use it daily when I'm not using the trays. Just a little bit on your toothbrush after you've regularly brushed. It's about $15 for that, but again, it lasts forever. Also, flossing works miracles ;) Keep smiling!!

Arm & Hammer whitening booster - which you use daily by just adding on top of your toothpaste - works great. I haven't had that much luck with any of the whitening products, they just don't seem to last the way doing it at the dentist does for all the money. Don't buy the blue light one for sure, lot of work and total waste of money.

I just rinse with peroxide every morning and my teeth couldn't be whiter! I asked my dentist if it was safe and he said it was. He said peroxide is what's in the over the counter stuff but much stronger. Just don't swallow it. :-)
