Seeking a General Doctor in San Antonio, Tx

I am seeking a General Doctor that isn't always too busy to seat and talk, and who also doesn't rush through any exam.

What can I do next?

Try Dr. Jennifer Seger at ###-###-####. She is very thorough and takes the time to sit and talk with you. Her office gets busy but when you book in advance you always have time at your appointment to have your questions answered.

My husband and I see Dr. Mitchell Finnie. He always has time to talk through what's going on. And I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes. He hasn't seen our daughter, so I don't know how he is with kids, but he's been great with my husband and me.

I'm afraid I can't help you. I just moved here and have yet to find a GP. My in-laws use a Dr Garcia on Marbach and really like him. Unfortunately, he's not on my insurance. Good luck!

Dr. Sara Apsley Ambriz on 4466 Lockhill Selma - ###-###-####. She's really good and takes her time with everyone. Down side - expect a long wait in the lobby.

I used to use Dr. Clayton Pullin. He was an awesome doctor. I would love to continue going to him, except he doesn't accept my new insurance.

He is a general practice family doctor. He saw my three oldest children (ages 8, 7, 6) as well as my husband and I.

Good luck!

J.,

I'm new to San Antonio, but my children and I have been seeing Dr.Daniel Kellem Sr. medical group. I've seen Dr. Sanjana (GP) and Dr. Kellem Sr (OB)and the kids have seen Dr. Kellem Jr (PD). They have all been great, but the wait time in the office before you see the doctor is very long. One time up to 1 1/2 hours. On the upside...they listen to everything you have to say and take their time with you. They made me feel very comfortable about my medical issues.
