Seeking a Family Photographer

Would like to have family portraits done at a park with our dogs, maybe black and whites. Does anyone know someone good who shoots on location, does retouching and won't break the bank?

Cynthia at yourcandidmemories.com is wonderful! She does alot of on location stuff and her pics are always the best. She has done family pictures for us twice now and we have been so pleased with her work!
