Seeking a Family Allergist

Hi I am looking for recommendations for an allergist that specializes in environmental allergens, and will do the P/N testing (provocation/nuteralization). We all have allergies and I think my 2 boys have a milk allergy.
If you are happy with your allergist please recommend them, I can call and ask if they do these specific treatments...
Also is anyone on the Rotation Diet for allergies?

What can I do next?

Both of my daughters have severe food allergies as well as having environmental allergies. We have been seeing Dr. Dominguez for 7 years and feel he has helped to keep our daughters out of the hospital. He really know what he's doing; however, I must add that others I have sent to him have had issues with compliance and he has zero tolerance for non compliance. He feels that if you disagree with the treatment plan then to ask questions and discuss it with him. The number is ###-###-####. If you would like to talk more, please feel free to email me off list.

Hi E.,

My son has a dairy allery and I take him to Dr. Samuel Gubernick in St.Pete. He is a great allergist and his staff is also great. Let me know if I can help. Good luck!

Dear E.,

Our children have allergies and I had severe allergies when I was younger. I tried everything and the only thing that worked is Nutritional Yeast Flakes, manufactured by Kal. Or you can purchase yeast flakes from www.bulkfoods.com The nutritional yeast flakes are actually one celled plants, so they come under the heading of food. This is not baking yeast.

The theory is that allergies start in the gut, with improper digestion. This causes a fungus to grow which is candida. This can get so bad that the candida can become systemic. The only thing that worked was a sugar free diet for four months and gradually increasing the brewers yeast intake from 1/2 teaspoon daily, to a teaspoon, then 1/2 a tablespoon, and so on, until up to several scoops of the stuff taken two or three times daily. For four months. This information is from a book titled Let's Get Well, by Adelle Davis and was written in the 60's or early '70's. She was a nutritionist that worked in John Hopkins Hospital and used her nutritional remedies on hundreds of patients. You can find this out of print book through Amazon.com

I did prescriptions, special diets, anit-fungals, meds. Nothing worked and I felt horrible. When I did the above outline and also stayed away from wheat, pasta, sugars, I was cured for life. Since then it has been 17 years, no allergies. I have also done this with my kids and they are allergy free.

It is your choice, but doctors do not have the answers, they give prescriptions that mask the problem but do not cure it.

I hope this helps.
