Seeking a Doula in Raleigh

Congrats on baby two, I just had my second 7months ago! It is busy and so great at the same time.
I did use the same doula for both my children and both myself and my husband really enjoyed her calm presence. Her name is Julie McBurney ###-###-####. The key is to find someone that just feels right. All the doulas I know and have heard of are great to set up a meet and greet to see if it will be a good fit. There are alot locally listed on the trianglebirthnetwork.com site. I know there are alot of good choices in our area, so you will definitely find a good fit. But my personal referral is for Julie.

Congrats on your pregnancy. I would go to www.dona.org. DONA is the largest and most recognized certification body for doulas. On the left side of the home page is a search box where you can find a list of local doulas. I do not have a personal recomendation since I did not use a doula. I had homebirths with a midwife and her apprentice plus my husband so we were pretty well covered on the support side! lol but I am sure you can find a great one on the DONA website.
