Seeking a Christian Pre-school in the 290/Huffmeister Area. (77095)

Hi All. My son is almost 8 months old and when he is about 1.5 years old I want to enroll him in a childcare-learning program. I prefer a Christian school/program, however, I am open to any other recommendations.

What can I do next?

My daughter goes to Crossbridge Christian Preschool. We love it. It is located on West Rd just west of Hwy 6.

I love the preschool at Cypress Bible Church on Cypress North Houston.
My son loved it and the teachers were so sweet.

I live around 2990/hwy6 and my sons have both attended the Foundry MDO/Preschool at Foundry United Methodist Church on Jones Rd. It is a couple of blocks north of 290. They have a FABULOUS program and excellent staff!! I cannot say enough good things about this school. They start at a minimum of 15months, and will do a 1, 2, or 3 day program for that age. They do have up to a 5 day program, but I believe it's for 3 and up, but am not sure on that.

I know of others who are really pleased w/ Wee Wuns, at the Methodist church on Cypress N. Houston near Huffmeister.

We just started Cornerstone Pre-school. They take them I think starting at 18 months. We love it it. It is HWY 6 and just west of Longenbaugh. (Sorry cannot remember its exact crossroad)

You can get a listing for free of everything in that area that matches criteria (faith-based, location, ages of children, times/days)by calling Collaborative for Children;s Resource and Referral line ###-###-####) or go online to their website www.collabforchidlren.org and clicking on the Parent area and Finding Childcare.

i dont know if there are preschool programs for that young. but foundry United Methodist church on Jones Road about 2 blocks north of Hwy 290 has an excellend Mothers Day out for the younger ones as well as an excellend Preschool program.

I've heard great things about Foundry UM and Cypress Bible church programs. There is also a Christian pre-school called "Wee Ones" right in that area that lots of people I know go to but can't remember what church it's affiliated with. Anyone else know??
