Secondary Infertility Due to POF, Early Menopause.

Check out a book called "The Infertility Cure" by Randine Lewis. It's about Chinese medicine, and although it doesn't make any sense from the standpoint of Western medicine (I'm a nurse!), it DOES seem to help. Also, try acupuncture. It's the only thing that's been proven in controlled studies to increase blood flow to the ovaries. I don't have POF, but I conceived both my kids with IVF at 39 and 41, and did acupuncture both times. Contact me if you want the name of the guy I used--he's in Royal Oak.

I know you feel blessed that you have been able to experience motherhood with your son. I also realize that it's hard not to grieve for future children that you *thought* you would have. Although I am not going through this, I do think it's important to involve your family and friends to support you when you feel down. I hope you can find peace with the way God has carved out your path and embrace what you do have, as unfair as it seems.

Hi My name is C. and I go thru menopause 4 years ago at age 34 after I had my only child now she is 5 and 1/2 years old. The simptom fro my going thru menopause was paintfull like hotflusses, depresse, irratibility, everything was stressful. I take artificial estrogen like NuvaRing after that the dr. give me Prempro. The hot flusses disapare but everething else still stay also I start to gain weight and I feel some hart beat.I feel so stress.
