I just found out I am pregnant with our second child. Yay! When I was pregnant with my first my breasts were tender and full before I even found out I was pregnant. Now I am 7 weeks pregnant but don't have any tenderness. Do you think it's because it's my second? I nursed my son for the first year and plan on doing the same again so I am just a little worried. Thanks for you help.

What can I do next?

Hi there !
I have 2 small childen (boy/girl) & both my pregnancies were very different ! In fact with my girl i didn't even know i was pregnant no breast tendernous or no morning sickness nothing ! With my 2nd child (boy), i bled real bad, but i was still pregnant ! Again, no morning sickness, no breast tendernous. I also had a friend who got her tubes tied & a few months later got pregnant !
It is just amazing how everybody's body is different.
Have a great day !

Congrats. I wouldn't worry about not having tenderness. With my first pregnancy I experienced everything right away. With my second pregnancy everything came later. I didn't think that I was pregnant the second time around because I didn't have any signs of the first trimester stuff until I was about 8 weeks and then I started with the morning sickness and breast tenderness. Plus every pregnancy is different.

Hi R.,
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
When I was pregnant with my first two, I had very sore breasts also before I even knew I was pregnant.
Now, I'm pregnant with a 3rd baby and had NO symptoms at all.
The pregnancy was such a surprise and throughout the whole first trimester I kept thinking I would get more symptoms of feeling pregnant but never did. So far I'm in my 7th month and it has been the easiest pregnancy by far.

Don't worry about it, it's perfectly normal.
Take care & Have a good New Years!

LOL, that happened to me too. I think I even posted here because I had NO early pregnancy symptoms at all with #2, and I had experienced everything in the book by about 5 weeks with my first. I was so freaked out because I felt normal!!!! Anyway, it is so true that all pregnancies are totally different. My sickness kicked in at about 9 weeks, but I never did get the tender breasts again. Just be thankful :) Congratulations!

It must be fairly normal. I have several friends who experienced the same thing.
My first pregnancy my breasts were so tender and sore that if someone brushed up to me I'd cringe. But with my son that I carried to full term I had no breast tenderness ever.
Our Bodies are a miracle.
Congrats!!
