Scrubbing Bubbles

Has anyone tried the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner? We would like to know if it worked or if it didn't. Don't want to waste money on something if we don't have to.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

I think we will keep our money. This would have been just for our bathroom since our apartment has 2 bathroom, one we use just for our son's baths, but thank you all for that concern.

**Update** We ended up getting in finally and we love it. It cleans very well.

Toxic stuff. Wouldn't use anything like that with a small child in the house. My son had asthma because of all the cleaners I was using. There are much easier safer things to use. When you use pH balanced shampoos and cleansers, you don't need to use those sort of toxic things.

Hi T.,

I have not tried the Auto Shower Cleaner but my mother-in-law has it and it looks like a waste of money. It seems to spray just in that one section & then drips down leaving a drip mark. I just don't think it works.

Hope this helps a little.

Not worth the money at all. I bought it, tried it and then took it back I was so mad. And, you are suppose to use it after the last shower every day. Well, from how much you use of it, it seems you would have to buy a refill once a week. And, it only sprayed some and then the stuff dripped down, but did not get high enough. The commercial and they way they portray it is a joke really.

Hi there! I was so excited when I got this thinking it would help so much, but it didn't seem to cover much of the shower at all and I ended up having to scrub the shower just as I had prior to getting this 'time saver.' I now use an after shower spray that you use just after getting out of the shower - it doesn't clean completely but it helps cut down on 'gunk' and you can clean the shower much faster.

I don't use the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner. I thought of trying it, but my biggest concern is giving my daughter baths. I know it sounds silly, but I would always be thinking that she is in a bath of chemicals.

I got mine on sale as well as 2 refills. My husband hanged it higher and on the side of the shower so the coverage I am getting is better than most and I would recommend this. The shower does seem a lot cleaner with less hard water stains so I have to say it's worth it. It might not be the miracle cure they make it out to be in the comercial but it saves me from cleaning it as often and with a 11 onth old that is worth it.

Waste of money! The commercial shows this 'great coverage' of the walls and tub, but basically the sprayer thing aims the cleansing solution at one level and it is supposed to 'drip' down. The instructions recommend that you "start with a clean shower", so basically this thing is a day-to-day maintenance thing.

Skip it - not worth the money.

I went out and bought 1 for each shower and love it! At first I thought it was a waste because it hangs so low, but my husband put a hook above the shower nozzle and it works great! No more scrubbing the tub after 4 boys take a bath/shower!!

God's Blessings
