Hello P.,
There are a lot of good Daycares in the Winchester area, and it really depends on where they are going to live The Winchester area is relatively large). There is Braddock Street United Methodist Church Child Care. My 1yr old daughter is there, and she absolutely loves it. They tend to have a waiting list, but it can not hurt to try. There is Shenandoah University Child Care Center. In Berryville, there is Heritage. From a corporate perspective, there is Children of America. It is very corporate. I think there is a Market Street United Methodist Church Child Care, and there is another church I pass with child care on Cork Street. If you all need more information, I will be glad to help any way I can.

I live in the winchester area and have taught at a couple of the childcare centers there. I recommend Little Me Day Care, it is located on 522 Sunnyside Plaza. They are small but the kids are in good hands there.
