(Good work ethic, competitive prices, they show up :), etc) This is a great tool as it lists everything from house cleaners, to handymen, to contractors, to home servies. I'm not sure where you live, but here in Fremont/San Francisco Bay Area, DuBois Roofing does excellent work! They are our friends/neighbors here in the Niles area of Fremont and I highly recommend them after they replaced the roofs on our rental in Livermore as well as our primary residence in Fremont.
